MEET THE TEAM
Every dream has a group of people to make it a reality.
Luke Karsana
Visionary Luke's passion lives in serving his brother's and sister's in Thailand with an organization call Bridges to The Nations. He hopes to be used to his full capacity to serve his global community. Outside of Liberate, Luke is one of the head coaches at CrossFit Reason. |
Kevin Aquino
Internal Operations Director Kevin's call to serve alongside the others on Liberate came after serving the Lord in Thailand. Witnessing firsthand not only human trafficking in front of him, but more importantly, witnessing God's hope manifested in the people of Thailand are one of the main reasons why he serves on Liberate today. Kevin oversees the financial aspect of Liberate. From creating methods to organize the finances earned, to day-to-day financial operations are smooth, his role at Liberate is to ensure the monetary side is in order. Currently, Kevin works as a Program Representative at Azusa Pacific's University College. |
Brooke Myers
Creative Director/Storyteller Brooke’s role in Liberate is to manage and update the day to day operations of Liberate’s social media platforms. Brooke has also led the Worship portion of the past two Liberate events and will continue to use her gift at the next event: Liberate: Hope. While she has yet to make the Trip to Thailand, Brooke is passionate about using her gifts and passions to intercede and fight for the liberation of the people of the Thailand sex trafficking community. Brooke is a recent graduate Bachelor of Music graduate of Azusa Pacific University. |
Shea Suiter
External Operations Director Shea believes the hardest conversations are usually the ones worth having. Shea has served in anti human trafficking locally and abroad since Spring 2016. Projects have included spearheading sustainable professional development programming for survivors, coordinating community fundraising and awareness events, and facilitating topical conversations in the community. Shea lives in Los Angeles and most enjoys eating Sidecar Doughnuts at the beach with friends or catching up with our Thai partners via Facetime. During the work week, you can find Shea working as a marketing specialist in the health and wellness field. |
Gabbie Aquino-Adriatico
International Relations/Advocate Gabbie believes that reducing poverty creates access for individuals to live out their dreams. She has a deep compassion for her brothers and sisters around the globe who are coerced into the industry of sex tourism and trafficking. After traveling to Thailand and working personally with human trafficking victims, her burning passion led her to continue her fight to bring victims out of the darkness through Liberate. Currently, Gabbie lives in Houston, Texas with her husband and works as an after school counselor. She stays connected to her team through technology and hopes to continue to serve in Thailand annually. |
